We have a long tradition of encouraging and facilitating professional development opportunities for our staff and the Chicago health community to promote affordable mental health care.
The Fellows Program is designed to integrate theoretical review with practical skills training and application in a dynamic setting with a diverse group of clients. The Program provides a stimulating environment where participants can improve their psychodynamic psychotherapy skills through reading, discussion, supervision, and clinical work. Fellows make a two-year commitment of an average of 10 psychotherapy session hours per week.

Clinicians participating in CCC's supervision program work with established LCSW and LCPC clinicians. All supervisory clinicians have at least 10 years of experience and advanced training in many specialized areas of therapy services.

CCC's customized consultation services assist clinicians seeking sharper skills in a defined treatment niche. Consultation sessions might focus on a specific treatment methodology, a particular mental health problem, or client population.

Cathedral Counseling Center is seeking outstanding graduates from programs in social work, counseling, or counseling psychology with a focus on clinical services to join our staff as contract therapists in the Licensure Track Program. Clinicians in this program will receive the necessary casework, supervision, and training to attain the LCSW or LCPC licenses.
